We will maintain the confidentiality of your account information and all activities under your Account within the Akshar Yoga Community.

4. Class Access: Access to our daily yoga classes is granted on a subscription basis or as per the terms specified during the registration process. Akshar Yoga Online reserves the right to modify or terminate access to classes, features, or content without prior notice.

5. Fees and Payments: Fees for our yoga classes will be communicated during the registration process. Payment details and methods will be provided, and you agree to pay all costs associated with your Account promptly. Failure to do so may result in suspending or terminating your access. We give no refund or transfer if you cannot avail the services. Our prices are subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify them at any time. However, we will provide clear and transparent pricing information to our customers.

6. Code of Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and appropriately during our classes. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour towards teachers or other participants will not be tolerated. Akshar Yoga Online reserves the right to take appropriate action, including terminating access.

7. Intellectual Property: All content provided during our classes, including but not limited to videos, teaching materials, and website content, is the intellectual property of Akshar Yoga Online. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use this content for commercial purposes without express permission.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or ‘mirror’ the materials on any other server.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the School’s Home jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the School’s Home Jurisdiction Government.
